The Mustard Seed is a co-operative business, guided by our members. Please plan to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting on Thursday, March 3rd at Erskine Presbyterian Church hall (19 Pearl St N, just south of the Co-op).
Doors open at 6:15pm and the meeting begins at 7pm. Please arrive early to receive your voting card, get your Mustard Seed passport stamped (optional), and enjoy some delicious local foods. When you RSVP ahead of time, you have a chance to win some great local food prizes!
The AGM program will include highlights of the past fiscal year and elections for four Board positions. We are also excited to welcome Cory Van Groningen from VG Meats in Simcoe to share about his family’s commitment to sustainable agriculture and responsibly raising animals for meat.
Member resolutions may also be proposed until February 14th to agm@mustardseed.coop.
A complete Annual Report package has been emailed to all members, so please check your inbox for this. If you have questions or didn’t receive it, please feel free to email agm@mustardseed.coop.
We look forward to seeing you on March 3rd, putting democracy back in our food system!
